Right of Withdrawal / Right of Cancellation (Distance Selling)
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform AIRBOOST of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).
Consequences of Withdrawal
- AIRBOOST shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs, within 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
- The reimbursement shall be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- The customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
- The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
